>>> Jam menunjukkan pukul 6:30 petang tatkala aku memulakan bicara ini. Biacara yang sebenarnya tiada fokus & tajuk yang khusus. Semuanya bermain di fikiran...pasal study leave dah tentu manjadi keutamaan, pasal seminar sebab masih ada quiz yang belum ditanda, pasal pilihan raya pun ada juga, dan macam-macam lagi.. tapi rutin harianku masih tidak berubah, datang kerja pagi & balik petang.. Rasa seperti tak sabar nak memulakan pengajian semula, dan tak nak tangguh lagi walaupun buat di Malaysia. Dan rasanya memang kena buat di Malaysia sebab Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi baru sahaja mengumumkan bahawa hanya pengajian di peringkat PhD sahaja akan dihantar ke luar negara, itupun untuk ke negara-negara selain UK. Jadi, pengajian di peringkat Masters perlu dibuat di sini. Bagi aku itu tidak menjadi masalah, cuma kalaulah aku dimaklumkan tentang perkara ini lama dahulu, tidak perlulah aku bersusah payah untuk memohon ke luar negara. Apapun, aku tetap dah serahkan permohonan untuk ke UK, tapi bergantung pada budi bicara pihak kementerian untuk meluluskannya atau tidak. Pilihan pertamaku adalah USM, kampus kejuruteraan, Penang. Insya Allah, kalau tiada aral, mula pengajian pada Julai tahun ni..

>>> Today's seminar was presented by some representatives from Prestariang, a company entrusted by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia to run the 3P Project. What is 3P? It stands for Program Pentauliahan Professional. Can you see that there is a P as the first letter of each word? The program is specifically aimed to equip students with the vendor-based certification, mostly in computer and IT related skills, particularly final year students. It's free of charge for all Malaysians since it's sponsored by MoHE. I had the chance to discuss with the presenters, and they said that the program is also opened for staff, particularly lecturers. Hmm..it's good if I join it. In fact, I can get a release letter from the department or kulliyyah to join it, like I'll be on study leave period, but just for 1 - 2 months, depends on which modules I'd like to join.
